During his time with Gochef, Jean-Baptiste has worked on a range of projects from large mixed-use developments – involving hotels, leisure, residential, health and golf facilities – to limited-service hotel studies.
He has extensive international experience, having worked in a number of countries throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the CIS.
Jean-Baptiste has carried out numerous market and financial feasibility studies, notably involving locations in South Africa,West Indies, China and Dubai as well as throughout the UK.
His activities have also included concept development, product scoping and master planning for tourism developments in the British West Indies |
