Sue is a fully qualified accountant and auditor. After completing an accountancy degree, Sue opened a Major interior design firm specialising in Hotels and resorts, including Michelin stars restaurants, country houses and spa resorts in the South West.
She is now a Director of Gochef since 2007. Sue is in charge of accounts and back of house procedures, ensuring venues are as profitable as possible and owners/management have access to quick and reliable information.
